Bollywood actor, Vivek Oberoi had made his acting debut with the film, Company in 2002. Over the years, with his stellar acting skills and stunning performances, he has also won many well-acclaimed awards, such as Filmfare Awards, the 9th South Indian International movie award and much more. However, in a career spanning two decades, the actor has seen both success and failure.
Coming to his personal life, Vivek Oberoi had tied the knot with the love of his life, Priyanka Alva on October 29, 2010. For the unversed, the duo had met each other in an arranged marriage set-up but had soon fallen in love. Together they are also blessed with two kids, a son, Vivaan Veer Oberoi and a daughter, Ameyaa Nirvana Oberoi. The family of four is living the best of their lives, and glimpses of the same are found on the actor's social media handles.

In an interview with India Today, Vivek Oberoi mentioned that he had once watched his films, Saathiya and Prince, along with his son, Vivaan Veer Oberoi and daughter, Ameyaa Nirvana Oberoi. The doting father explained that both of his kids were watching the films for the first time. His son, Vivaan loves action and thus, was glued to the screen. However, his daughter Ameyaa lost interest and mentioned to him, the one thing that she didn't like in the movie. Recalling the incident, Vivek said that Ameyaa had warned him not to kiss anyone else who isn't her mommy, Priyanka Alva. Vivek said:
"My little daughter came up to me and said, 'Dadda, I didn't like that you kiss someone who is not mumma. You are not allowed to kiss people who is not mumma'. And I was like okay.That was a cute and innocent perspective."
Earlier in an interview with ETimes, Vivek had also recalled his son, Vivaan's side when he had watched the 2010 released film, Prince. He had shared how his son was questioning him for his kissing scene. And Vivaan's cute expression had left him completely speechless. He had shared:
“My son loved the whole film, but there was one thing that he disliked. There was a scene where I kissed my heroine. It stuck with him. He asked, ‘How could you kiss a girl who’s not mumma?’ He was very staunchly taking his mother side and telling me that I cannot kiss any other girl who is not his mumma. I did not know how to react. I had a priceless expression on my face.”

In the same conversation, Vivek had mentioned that Vivaan had also questioned his mother, Priyanka whether she was okay with it. Explaining the same, Vivek had added:
“As my explanation, I told him, that it is just acting and it doesn’t mean anything in real life. He went on and on, ‘No, dad it’s not cool, it’s not!’ He looked at his mom (Priyanka) and asked her, ‘Are you okay with this mom?’”

Vivek Oberoi is a complete family man and keeps on sharing glimpses with his wife and kids on his social media handles. On July 24, 2020, Vivek Oberoi had taken a trip down memory lane and had shared a throwback picture with his family on his IG handle. In the picture, we could see Vivek posing happily with his wife, Priyanka and their son, Vivaan and daughter, Ameyaa. Sharing it, he had written:
"Throwback to 2015, when our little angel Ameyaa used to fit perfectly in my arms while Vivaan was all excited (he still is) to be a 'big bhaiya' to his 'chota baby'."
