Bollywood actress, Neetu Kapoor has always been open about her life and professional commitments. The actress had worked super hard for fifteen years before getting married to the love of her life, the late Rishi Kapoor. The couple had tied the knot on January 22, 1980, at RK house in Chembur. Just like a fine wine which gets better with age, Neetu Kapoor has also become more gorgeous and focused on her career.
Neetu Kapoor has made a phenomenal comeback with her film, Jug Jugg Jeeyo. In many media interactions, Neetu revealed that her work made her feel alive again. She had also shared that after the demise of her husband, Rishi Kapoor, she wants to live life happily while remembering all his good memories.

Recently, we stumbled upon a 2019 interview of Neetu Kapoor with Annu Kapoor for his radio show. During the interview, Neetu Kapoor revealed that at first, she didn't like Rishi Kapoor. However, it was fellow actress, Dimple Kapadia's wedding to Rajesh Kapoor, which impacted her relationship with Rishi Kapoor. The actress shared that all the films came her way as Dimple was married and no other actress looked good with Rishi. She said:
"After Bobby became a superhit, Dimple (Kapadia) got married (to Rajesh Khanna) and Rishi was left with no other heroine because everyone used to look older than him. I was the only young actress around and by default, after Rickshawala (Neetu's debut film), all his movies started coming to me."
Talking about her initial feelings for Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor said that he had a habit of bullying. Remembering the same, Neetu said that he would comment on her makeup and clothes. She shared:
"I had a horrible first meeting with Rishi Kapoor. He had a habit of bullying, so he would comment on my make-up and clothes, and I'd feel so angry. He was actually a brat who would bully everyone and I was very young at that time. I used to be furious with him."
