Shah Rukh Khan Once Gave A Hilarious Reply To Amitabh Bachchan For Taking A Dig At His 'Height'

Shah Rukh Khan is known for his powerful, encouraging 'words'. He is the only actor, who is not only loved for his acting work, but also for his pure personality and the charm he exudes. Shah Rukh is a favourite actor of every person, no matter what their age might be. He is also famous for his friendship and respecting the elders, but this never stopped Shah Rukh from giving back to people who tried to troll him.

Shah Rukh Khan roasted Amitabh Bachchan for taking a dig at his height

When it comes to witty replies, Shah Rukh is the best. Even Amitabh Bachchan was left shocked when Shah Rukh roasted him on national television after he tried to take a dig at his height. In 2005, Shah Rukh and Amitabh appeared on Karan Johar's show, Koffee With Karan. It was during the rapid-fire round when Karan asked Amitabh to name one thing of his Shah Rukh doesn't have, and he quickly replied:

"My height."

However, the roles were reversed when Shah Rukh was asked the same question. Karan asked Shah Rukh to name something that he has, but Amitabh Bachchan doesn't, and oh boy, the actor, without giving another thought, replied, "A taller wife." Shah Rukh added, "Just about.. I think", to soften his reply.

For the unversed, Amitabh Bachchan's wife, Jaya Bachchan, is about 158 cm (5' 2"). On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan's wife, Gauri Khan, is about (5' 3").

No one is saved from Shah Rukh and his power of words. He had even dig at his son, Aryan's clothing brand. Shah Rukh, who loves answering his fans' questions, hosted an #AskSRK session on his Twitter handle a while ago. During the session, one user asked the actor about the high price of his son, Aryan Khan's clothing line and asked if there was a more reasonable option. Shah Rukh quickly reacted and revealed he was not getting it any cheaper. He had said:

"Yeh D’Yavol X wale log mujhe bhi sasti nahi bech rahe….kuch karta hoon."
