The esteemed investor accepted the clause that he would be associated with BharatPe in any capacity, which Ashneer co-founded in 2018. After ending all ties with BharatPe, Ashneer Grover is working on ZeroPe and CrickPe and is currently focused on building startups.

In an old interview with a publication, Madhuri Jain Grover was asked about her role in Ashneer Grover's life when he was building BharatPe. In response to the same, Madhuri shared that she joined BharatPe when there was no senior to take charge of things. After entering the company, she took charge of BharatPe's internal functions. However, after the seed round, she started managing multiple verticals like vendor payouts, banking, human resources, and finance control.
Further, in the same interview, Madhuri Jain Grover admitted that it wasn't easy to work with your spouse but lauded Ashneer Grover for his patience and understanding. Madhuri also appreciated her in-laws for always backing him and Ashneer when they went through a chaotic phase while building BharatPe. After years of hard work and consistency, Madhuri and Ashneer took BharatPe to unprecedented success.
According to Jagran Josh, Ashneer Grover's estimated net worth is around Rs. 900 crore. Not much is known about Madhuri's fortune, but she is one of the highest-paid female taxpayers in India. Ashneer made this claim when he dropped a tweet back in December 2023. An excerpt from his tweet can be read as:
"My wife Madhuri Jain Grover submitted Rs 1.15 crores advance tax just now. She has been among the highest individual female tax payers of India for many years. How many VC partners do you think paid as much tax in India ? Not many - most of them pay zero tax being in Sing / Dubai."
