She has been walking Lakme Fashion Week for 10 years now. In an interview with Elle India, Alicia talked about her journey. She shared that she was only 3 years old when she did her first modelling work and after that, she was driven by the idea of becoming a model. She said:

"I did my first modelling job when I was 3, and was addicted to the idea of becoming a model. I tried my hand at childhood modelling and acting but I wasn’t so successful; I was rejected at least 45 times by agencies in Melbourne, Australia (where I’m from). Finally, by 19 I signed with a reputable agency, but once I was signed it still wasn’t easy, I still had to hustle and work part-time to support myself."

Alicia revealed that she tried a lot to do something in child modelling and acting but failed as she was rejected 45 times in Melbourne, Australia. At the age of 19, Alicia reached halfway to her dream and was working part-time, and finally, by the age of 23, she came to India and found her home. Alicia said:
"So I kept on searching and at 23 after visiting multiple destinations like China and Europe, I found India and I’m so grateful! India is home and I love my work and lifestyle here. I’m so glad I never gave up."
Taking to her IG handle, Alicia Kaur dropped a video of her look for the ramp of Shantanu and Nikhil at their fashion show in Delhi. For the day, the model looked all glamorous with an Egyptian touch to her look. She slipped into an off-shoulder shimmery outfit with feather detailing on the bust and a transparent outline on the sides. She surely set the stage on fire with her sassy look for the day. Her look was complemented with a classy headpiece. The model walked the ramp with Sidharth and got all cosy, which irked the netizens.

Well, no sooner than Alicia dropped the video, netizens rushed to the comment section and penned down their opinions. While some users praised the model's beauty and her grasp over her work, others slammed her for getting all cosy with a married man. A mushy ramp video of Sidharth and Alicia surfaced on another social media handle, and netizens not only just slammed Alicia but also Sidharth.
