When Ben was asked if the fourth season of the show would also include the real-time life updates of the Kardashians, especially Kendall and Kylie, the producer did not reveal much on the same but did say that they have not filmed as of now. He said:
“No comment. Nothing I can say can bring me good things on that. If I say I hope to, then suddenly that’s a headline, and suddenly, I don’t get any access. I can’t win on that. So, I can just say that we haven’t filmed anything.”

The media outlet, Variety further questioned Ben on the dating life of the business mogul, Kim Kardashian. They said there were quite a few speculations on Kim’s dating life, first with Tom Brady and then with Odell Beckham Jr., so if the viewers will get a sneak peek into her love life. To which Ben said:
“Kim shares so much with us on camera. I think, for her, this season is more about how she juggles her insanely crazy life of being this hands-on mom, this kickass businesswoman, and the responsibilities that are growing as she takes on more and more roles. The juggling of it all — plus her law, plus her social reform — is a big part of this show this year.”
Ben Winston further mentioned that the fourth season would not just feature sisters fighting but refused to reveal what that would be. The show is being continuously filmed and has started filming its fifth season. Season 4 was filmed from February to July of 2023, so any recent updates in the family's lives that have already been covered in tabloids and social media won't be included in the new season.
