Bollywood’s renowned filmmaker, Karan Johar is also famous for his star-studded bashes in B-town. He likes to make his parties the most-talked-about one. Karan pleasantly surprised everyone with the announcement of the arrival of his twins via surrogacy. Talking about his twins’ birthday plans, Karan was quoted as saying to a media portal, “It’s a small birthday party at home, with just kids their age. I want to keep it simple and intimate this year.”
Keeping their birthday celebrations intimate does not mean that it will be minus B-towners. So, the guest list for the tiny tots’ birthday party includes, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's son Taimur Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor and Mira Kapoor's daughter Misha Kapoor, Tusshar Kapoor's son, Laksshya Kapoor, Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra’s daughter, Adira are among other kids to grace the party. According to a statement in DNA, a source revealed, “Karan has already spoken to his friends and invited them and their tiny tots to the party at his home. So, there will be Taimur Ali Khan, Adira Chopra, Misha Kapoor, Laksshya Kapoor and some other B-Town kids.”
Karan has always been vocal about his kids and has shared his feelings about them. Although he loves spending time with his little ones, he hasn’t taken them to office yet. Talking about that, he said, “They’re too small and travelling might get uncomfortable for them. But they will come with me to the office, eventually.” His babies also have their own nursery at Karan’s workspace. He further added, “I made it so that even when I’m working they feel at home and are comfortable. It’s also a way of keeping them close to me.” (Also Checkout: 7 Bollywood Celebs Who Are Parents To Adopted Kids)

Karan, 45-year-old-actor, is always in headlines for his fashion sense and the way he has embraced the 40s is really commendable. Considering his fashion love, he was asked in an interview if he ensures to dress his kids in trendiest clothes, he revealed, "I don't think so. Although that's the expectation when it comes to me." He further added, "Right now, I am focussing on them being good and being well brought up children. I am giving them the right value system rather than the right clothes. Fashion is really not on the priority list for me."
Karan also wrote a heartfelt letter for his twins, and it is really an emotional one! Like a responsible father and son, he once said in an interview, “Giving time to my mother (Hiroo Johar) and my babies are my paramount priorities. I never had a plan ahead for my life. Now I do -- for myself, my home and everything. Along with my office, my heart too finally has a plan.” And he further gushed, “In their own way, they have made me a far more responsible adult. Until their birth, I was floating around without any kind of mission. But now, I have developed life goals.”
We are eagerly looking forward to Yash and Roohi’s first birthday pics. Surely, it’s going to be a star-studded but an intimate one!
