Dhanashree Verma became a target of massive hate when reports of her separation from the famous cricketer, Yuzvendra Chahal made rounds. The murmurs started after the once-madly-in-love couple unfollowed each other on Instagram. The buzz intensified as Yuzvendra deleted all his pictures and videos with Dhanashree Verma, proving that something was wrong between them. However, the couple has not yet directly addressed the buzz but have dropped hints with cryptic notes.
When it comes to alimony in India, it varies from case to case, depending on financial status and the court's discretion. Each case is considered unique, taking into account factors like income disparity and lifestyle. In Yuzvendra and Dhanashree's case, the two got married in 2020, and it seems like due to the short tenure of their marriage, the cricketer has to pay moderately.
Not only this, but the court might also advise the property division if any of the parties have it. Talking about their financial status, both Dhanashree and Yuzvendra are secure in their respective careers. Another fact that might be considered is Yuzvendra's net worth, and the court might order him to give more. However, in this case, Dhanashree's financial independence might lessen her chance to demand more alimony.
After almost four days of murmurs surrounding his separation from Dhanashree, the cricketer penned a note. He expressed gratitude to his fans for supporting him in these times and added that the 'journey has been far from over'.
Yuzvendra further added that there are still many 'overs' left to deliver for his country. He called himself a proud brother, son and friend. Let us remind you that he didn't call himself a 'husband' and didn't even mention his wife, Dhanashree's name once. He also talked about his well-wishers' curiosity about recent events in his life and highlighted that he had seen the posts, which may or may not be true. Yuzvendra requested his fans not to indulge in these speculations. He wrote:
