The actress has always been seen sharing a very good bond with her parents and her sister. Whether it is vacationing or spending New Year's eve together, Zareen Khan believes in spending quality time with her family.

On the professional front, Zareen Khan's latest release was Hum Bhi Akele Tum Bhi Akele, in association with Disney Plus Hotstar Multiplex. The film was directed by Harish Vyas and Zareen was paired opposite, Anshuman Jha. Zareen is also a known name in Bollywood. She has worked in films like Veer, Hate Story 3, Housefull 2, Ready, Aksar, Wajah Tum Ho, and many more.
Recently, the actress took to her social media account to thank her fans for wishing her on Eid as well as on her birthday on May 14, 2021. At the same time, Zareen Khan apologised to her fans for not being able to reply to them. The actress then disclosed that she was all stuck up due to her mother's health for the past one and a half month. Zareen urges her fans to keep her mother in their prayers as her mother is hospitalised again.

Zareen is very close to her mother and that was evident when she had penned down a heartfelt message for her mother on her birthday. She had posted a picture of her and her sister kissing their mother on the cheeks. Along with the picture she penned a note for her mother, which could be read as, "Everyday is Mother’s Day for me bcoz i don’t need one particular day to show how much I love you Mommy. I thank God each & everyday for making you my mom. You are my world , my lifeline , my everything ... feels like I’m still connected to you by the umbilical cord and I always will. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY ... I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. In an interview with Pinkvilla, Zareen Khan had spoken about how she had taken a job right after Class 12 since her father had walked out. She had said, "There was that one evening that changes our lives completely. My dad had walked out on us and left us. We didn't have any money because we didn't come from a well-to-do family. There was this night where my mother broke down completely. I tried calming her and explained that she doesn't have to worry, I'll take care of everything. Ab maine bol diya tha but here I was with 100 kilos not knowing what I want to do."
