The lawn of Mandira’s villa offers something to everyone. It has a trampoline for kids, a swing along with a lounge area, and a big swimming pool under the shed of trees.
By the side of the swimming pool is a funky black and white bar and years old trees intact at their places. The mixture of white paint and woodwork gives it a soothing vibe.
The living room has a splash of colours. Brown cushiony sofas, a red lounger, and two blue ottomans with colourful cushions add a contrast to the vintage vibe of the room.
The living room offers wooden furniture. A wooden recliner with blue and white cushion is placed alongside a bookshelf, which is decorated in a minimal manner.
The living room has a day bed, which is placed right next to a window wall. The poster single bed is decorated with white curtains, plants, and frames on the wall in the back.
One bedroom offers a view of the lawn from the French window panel. The room gives vintage vibes with a poster bed placed near a window.
The room has a wall made of a wooden closet, dark wood and teal green sofa set, poster bed, wooden ceiling, and an old-school wooden table that reminds you of the '90s.
This bedroom gives a vacation on the beach feel. Rocks design is sculpted on the walls. An arch behind the wooden bed, side tables, closet and dressing, everything gives a soothing vibe to the room.
In one of the five bathrooms, Mandira has kept the washbasin area simple with a round mirror mounted on the earth-coloured textured tiled wall, grey slabs, round basin and minimal things.
On the wall opposite to the basin, lies the shower area, which has titles giving the vibes of the Rocky Mountains. A tree is retained, giving it an open roof and it's base decorated with pebbles.
Right at the back of the shower panel, is an open roof, bathtub, making the overall experience surreal.
The sleeper wood flooring of the 14-15 years old villa has been changed to yellow-mustard Jaisalmer stone flooring.
Mandira has also placed a teakwood cupboard in the villa, made together with her late husband, Raj for their first home about two decades ago.
One of the lobby areas has old-school wooden furniture with jute knitted chairs and wooden center table. The sitting area made near the wall fencing is beautified with plants and flowers.
Mandira has used her sarees to add fabrics and characteristic to the villa. It is available on Airbnb and will cost you Rs 42,000 per night.
