Deepika Padukone is currently enjoying her pregnancy to its fullest. It was on February 29, 2024, when the actress along with her husband, Ranveer Singh shared the happiest news of their lives with their fans. They dropped a collaborative picture post, to announce the same and also revealed that Deepika is expected to deliver the baby in September 2024. Since then, the mommy-to-be has been posting cute sneak peeks into her pregnancy journey, keeping her fans updated about the same. Now, she dropped a photo of her newest learned hobby, which is adorable.
Often, we have seen pregnant women learning and making small hand-stitched or woven pieces of work for their soon-to-be-born child, and this becomes a cherishable memory for both the mommies and the kids. Now, it seems that Deepika too, has grown this interest of hers to enjoy her pregnancy to its fullest. Taking to her IG handle, on April 16, 2024, the mom-to-be shared a glimpse of an unfinished piece of embroidery in which we can see stunning motifs made out of various colours. It is indeed proof of how much Deepika is enjoying her marital phase. Along with it, she penned a heartfelt note, which can be read as:
"Hopefully il be able to share the completed version!"

Every now and then, Deepika has taken us inside her pregnancy diaries. For instance, taking to her IG handle, on April 14, 2024, the actress posted a photo of herself, wherein she was seen flaunting her tanned back. In the picture, Deepika wore a sleeveless denim dress and teamed her hair in a messy bun. She also carried a tote bag to finalise her look. Sharing the photo, the mom-to-be penned some beach-friendly emoticons and tagged her hubby, Ranveer, which proved that the mummy-to-be returned from her beachside babymoon as she got freshly tanned, and her husband had turned into a photographer for her.
Soon after Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh announced the 'good news', a report by BollywoodLife talked about the duo's respective maternity-paternity leave. It stated that since the actress has been enjoying the most beautiful phase of her life, she is not taking up any work at that moment. Moreover, the report mentioned that currently Deepika is focusing on her mental and physical health. She has also been receiving tips from her mom and mom-in-law. On the other hand, it was reported that Ranveer would also take paternity leave to care for his pregnant wife and their soon-to-be-born child.

Earlier, on March 19, 2024, Deepika dropped a snapshot of herself, wherein she was seen indulging in some much-needed pampering session during her pregnancy. The diva went for a new haircut and was seen clicking a mirror selfie with her hairstylist. In the picture, the mom-to-be looked flawless as always and was seen flaunting her bare makeup face. In addition, it was her pregnancy glow that was unmissable.
