Currently, the diva is in the seventh heaven with happiness, as she recently got hitched to the man of her dreams, Nathan Karamchandani. And now, the diva spilled some beans about her intimate court wedding, and also shared some special photos from her dreamy reception.
Taking to her IG handle on October 6, 2023, Krissann Barretto in a collaborative post with her hubby, Nathan Karamchandani, dropped some surreal snapshots from their reception party. Unlike their intimate and small court wedding, the newlyweds left no stone unturned to make their reception memorable and dreamy. In the pictures, Krissann and Nathan could be seen cutting a beautiful white-hued, two-tiered wedding cake, that had a ‘Mr. and Mrs. Karamchandani’ cake-topper placed on it.

Speaking about the couple’s OOTD, the duo looked glamorous in their chic ensembles. While Krissann donned a black-hued, partially see-through sequin dress, teamed with subtle makeup and open tresses, on the other hand, Nathan looked all dapper in the classic choice of a black jacket teamed with a white shirt. The duo looked charming together as they flashed their brightest smiles. Moreover, what caught our attention was the wonderful, starry décor that the reception venue looked like. In fact, as the guests used bright firework candles to illuminate the place, as well as decorate the cake. In one of the pictures, Krissann and Nathan can be spotted giving each other a tight embrace, and the moment is all things adorable.
In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Krissann Barretto opened up about the new phase of her life, and revealed why she and her hubby, Nathan chose to ring in their wedding in a low-key and intimate court wedding. The actress mentioned that although both of them had thought and planned a grand wedding, but for now, they celebrated their union in a small intimate ceremony. Krissann mentioned:
“Well, it wasn't really sudden. We were thinking about this from the moment we came together. We’ve always felt connected to each other and it’s always been a love we can’t explain and this just brings our families closer. We have always been married in our heads. It has been an enriching journey to know someone like Nathan and I'm looking forward to spending my life with this beautiful man. Our simple registered marriage was followed by a reception for close friends and family. It was a celebration of our love in all means."

Further in the conversation, Krissann revealed that they had to do a court marriage at the moment, since their respective families, who live in different countries weren’t able to turn up on short notice. Nevertheless, she asserted that they haven’t really given up on the idea of having proper grand weddings, and revealed that they will have a traditional Christian white wedding, as well as a Hindu wedding in April 2024. In her words:
“We live in different countries and thus it was stressful getting married with both our families and close friends in attendance. That's why we chose a simple court marriage. We are planning for both white and red weddings in April 2024. I'm quite excited for the same."
It was on October 5, 2023, when pictures from Krissann and Nathan’s low-key court wedding had surfaced on the internet. From the snapshots that surfaced, the duo looked like a match-made-in-heaven, as they whole-heartedly enjoyed their special day. Moreover, what caught our attention was the fact that Krissann had turned into a minimalist bride for her wedding. She chose a sultry white-hued gown that featured a thigh-high slit and a bow detail on the shoulders. A pair of dainty earrings, subtle makeup and open tresses had completed her look. On the other hand, Nathan looked handsome in a white shirt, teamed with black pants.
