Raj Kapoor was one of the well-acclaimed actors, film directors and producers in the Hindi film industry. He has not only been called the Charlie Chaplin of Indian Cinema, but even years after he left for his heavenly abode, the film lovers remember him often. For his immense dedication to Indian cinema over the years, he received multiple accolades, including eleven Filmfare Awards in India, three National Film Awards, and also the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, which was bestowed to him in 1987 by the Government of India. Now, we got hold of a lovely video from one of his birthdays, which also features many other legendary stars.
A Reddit user shared a lovely throwback video from Raj Kapoor's 63rd birthday celebration in December 1987. At the beginning of the video, we can spot Shashi Kapoor entering the fame and approaching the birthday boy and his elder brother, Raj Kapoor, who was seen seated on a white-coloured metal swing. Raj was dressed in a red-hued pantsuit paired with a crisp white shirt underneath. As the two brothers were seen reuniting, they shared a close hug, and Shashi also gave a peck of love on Raj's cheeks.

Then, we also spotted Raj Kapoor's wife, Krishna Kapoor, dressed in an organza saree and looking beautiful as ever. Raj Kapoor was an iconic personality, so his birthday was also a star-studded one. As the video gradually progressed, we spotted Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Jeetendra, Sunil Dutt, Meenakshi Seshadri, Rakhi, and many others arriving at the party to mark Raj Kapoor's special day.
However, it was Raj Kapoor's grandkids, Kareena Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor's cutesy antics that caught our attention. At first, Kareena can be seen sitting on her dadu's lap while the latter was adoring her. Baby Kareena looked like a princess in a violet-coloured frock with a bow hairdo. Later, when her cousins, Ranbir and Riddhima went to wish Raj Kapoor on his birthday, Kareena also went alongside them and gave a peck of love on the birthday boy's cheeks.

Afterwards, the cute little Kapoor grandkids were seen sitting alongside Raj Kapoor in the same swing and having a hearty chat with him. However, when Raj Kapoor asked little Ranbir to go and change his clothes, he listened to his grandfather very politely. Later, Ranbir turned his back towards Raj Kapoor and told Kareena that he would change his clothes the next day, which left the latter completely shocked.
